Initiate Request
Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, specifying the part number and the reason for the return.
Secure Packaging
Place the semiconductor components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them within a padded shipping box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items to our quality control center using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the components for integrity and original specifications; once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
